“If we are Going to Take a Share from the World, we will Achieve this with our Robots”
Starting his speech by explaining Cloos and the importance of welding, Eyüpoğlu said that; “Cloos is a German company that was founded in 1919 and has been dealing only with welding for 105 years. When we look at the biggest problems of trailer manufacturers today, we see that one of them is welding and the other is paint. Therefore, the source is very important. A process that specifically classifies welding quality. So; good source means good quality product, bad source means bad quality product. For this reason, it is now necessary to switch to automation and achieve a certain quality standard. If we are going to take a share from Europe and the world, these robots will do it.”
“You Can Produce at a Cost of 30 Hours/Man”
“You Both Reduce Your Costs and Increase Capacity”
Pointing out that savings are achieved in many ways with robotic welding, Eyüpoğlu continued his words as follows; “A product that you produce by spending 280 hours/man labor and money can be produced with a robot at a cost of only 30 hours/man. In this way, you both reduce your costs and increase capacity. You can respond to your customers in a shorter time and strengthen your hand in the negotiation phase.”
“Wherever There is Metal, There is Welding”
Stating that the welding process is everywhere in life, Eyüpoğlu said that; “Wherever there is metal, there is welding. Because not every metal can just be cut and bent. You also need to combine them, and the welding process provides this. Twisting, cutting and welding are common in all sectors where metal is involved. The welding process covers all sectors such as trailer manufacturers, automotive main industry, machinery manufacturers, furniture, construction machinery and rail systems.”
“A Robot Pays for itself in 14 Months”
“Not an Expensive Product”
Saying that “You obtain products of higher quality and faster, and make it repeatable”, Eyüpoğlu continued his words as follows; “Your welder may be very good, but there is no guarantee that this will always be performed to the same standards. However, today, a robot can continue to weld to the same standard even if it produces the same product a million times. Additionally, currently a robot can pay for itself in 14 months. Also, it is not an expensive product.”
