Nükte, who shared the birth story of Nükte Trailer, which started producing trailers, one of Turkey's successful production types, in addition to the successful services they have provided in the heavy vehicle industry for years, said the following; “The satisfaction of our customers, whom we serve in the heavy vehicle sector, resulting from the quality of service they received from our company, prompted us to produce in this sector. Our customers, who were satisfied with the service they received from our company, stated that they would like to choose our company for their trailer needs. Since these demands have increased intensively in recent years, we started R&D studies in the trailer sector in 2020. While R&D studies continue, we started production in an area of ??1000 square meters in Konya Kobisan Industrial Site in order to improve production. Activities were carried out to produce the products for which we carried out R&D studies, to evaluate the prototypes and to develop production and supply chain studies. When we thought that we had reached the level of sectoral maturity, we moved to our factory of 18,000 square meters in total, including 12,500 closed and 5,500 open spaces, in Konya 4th Organized Industrial Zone as of May 2024. "In our new factory, we continue to produce quality and qualified products by supporting our sheet metal processing center, welded manufacturing, sandblasting, primer, paint and assembly lines with robotic systems."

Detailing their infrastructure, Nükte continued; “Our factory is equipped with the latest technologies, and product-specific processes have been developed with unmanned robotic welding systems. Welding and painting processes are followed at European standards. Accordingly, our production areas consist of laser cutting, press, submerged arc welding robot, positioners of various tonnages, roofing and welding tables, fully automatic unmanned welding robots, sandblasting, primer painting and assembly line. In accordance with our vision and mission, we have adopted producing quality standardized products as our company culture. “Our factory can carry out all its production needs within its own structure and operates in a way that minimizes external dependency.”

Providing information about their product range, Nükte said; “We designed our machinery investments to be able to produce all products in the trailer sector. However, in our 60-year company culture, we have not done any work that did not make a difference and improve it. Since our investments in the trailer sector are focused on success and development, not sales, we will not produce products for which we have not completed the R&D work and cannot make a difference for the user. For this reason, we have carried out intensive R&D studies on the production of lowbed trailers that will meet the specific demands of the user, and we still continue these studies. We also have mass production lines for products such as Pool Type Dumper, Container Carrier, Platform Trailer. No matter what work we do as a company, we have become a company focused on success and customer satisfaction. We aim to be a leading company in terms of customer satisfaction in this sector.
