Mr. Kaan, first of all, congratulations. Today, you're displaying the first products of the agreement you've signed with Schmitz Cargobull. What is the extent of your cooperation?
We began our talks with Schmitz 2 years ago. And we've signed the agreement at the recent International Commercial Vehicles Fair IAA. Today, we're finally able to make our presentation. Our agreement consists of the container carrier trailer. As part of the agreement, we'll be directly producing for the Schmitz brand. In its first stage, it is a 3-year agreement. Of course, Schmitz is a large company. And we have a serious capacity. While this allows us to take advantage of our excessive capacity, it also fulfils their need for capacity. So, in that sense, I can say that it is a good cooperation. I hope that it will bring luck and prosperity for both companies.
"We Know the Expectations of European Companies"
Currently, Schmitz is the best seller in the European market. From what we've learned, Schmitz did not make such an agreement with any other company in any other country. What would you say about the fact that such an important company in the sector chose you for cooperation?
It is surely an indicator of their trust in us. Like I said, we've been talking for over 2 years. They came to our factory and saw our production and conditions. We had a long period of evaluation and mutual assessment. At the end of that period, we decided to start. As you know, we've been the authorized mounted equipment manufacturer of Mercedes-Benz for many years. Therefore, we're aware of the quality expectations of a European company. We've made significant physical and employment investments to increase the quality of our production. I'm guessing that Schmitz has made its decision based on all these facts.
In which countries are these products going to be sold?
According to our estimates, the container market is mostly focused in Germany and Benelux countries. And especially cities like Hamburg and Amsterdam. Other than those, I also believe that they will be marketed in Baltic countries.

Is it possible that you may cooperate with Schmitz for production?
Schmitz and Koluman are also competitors. Even though we have a cooperation here, we still continue to compete for products other than containers. Currently we don't cooperate for production.
Will your production capacity meet Schmitz's demands?
Yes, absolutely. Our capacity is more than enough to meet Schmitz's demands. Our current goal is to reach a production level of 1000 units in 3 years. We estimate that we will reach that number much sooner.
