Yaşin states that the problems of the logistics industry are known problems, but despite the fact that they have been faced with the same problems for years, no results can be obtained.

Stating that Başkent Fiat International Transport Company was founded in 1984 and received the C2 Certificate in 1995, Yaşin said, “Part of our fleet works for Russia and part for Europe and the Balkans. In addition to our international transportation service; We offer maritime transport, container and rail transport, heavy goods, project and cargo transport and warehousing services.” he speaks.

Stating that they serve the logistics sector with around 100 employees and 88 vehicles in their vehicle parks, Yaşin said the following about their fleet: “There are mainly MAN and Ford branded vehicles in our vehicle park. Finally, we renewed approximately 25 of our vehicles in 2020.”

Stating that the problems remain unresolved and that they have difficulties in purchasing vehicles due to high prices, Yaşin finally said that; “All of our problems are known problems, but I think their solutions are quite difficult. Because although we have been facing the same problems for years, no result has been achieved. Due to the increase in exchange rates, vehicle prices are quite high at the moment, and when high interest rates are added to this, it is almost impossible to buy a vehicle. In other words, it becomes illogical. When expenses such as insurance and maintenance are added to it, a vehicle does not have a chance to pay for itself.”
